Southern Maine School of Scottish Dance

We will be welcoming new beginners for the Fall 2012 semester.  Register by September 9th.

Class sizes are limited.  Registrations are on a first come/first served basis and secured with a registration fee. If a class is filled to the capacity, it will be closed. 

A non-refundable registration fee of $15 ($25 for families) is due at time of registration to hold the dancer's spot. The registration fee is due before the fall semester only.

Semester tuition prices reflect a 10% discount that applies if the semester is paid in full by the first class of the semester. 

Accepted method of payment:  Checks made out to "Emily Smaha".  No cash payments please.

Registration Process:

1 - Fill out each of the following forms for every student:

• Registration form
• SMSSD Release

2 - Mail both forms to the address on the registration form

3 - Make registration fee payment by mailing a check made out to "Emily Smaha" to the address on the registration form or by PayPal payment below (Fall semester only)

Tuition Payment Policies:

• Payment due on or before the first class of each month
• A 10% discount will be applied if the semester is paid in full up front. Payment must be received by the first class of the semester to receive the discount.  
• Refunds will not be given for missed classes.  The monthly payment due will remain the same regardless of any classes a student must miss.  Make-up classes may be arranged.
• A $10 late fee will be imposed if payment is not received by the 15^thof the month
• Students who have unpaid tuition may be refused from joining class until the tuition and all imposed late fees are paid
• A $25 fee will be imposed on all returned checks
• If class is cancelled due to inclement weather, make-up classes will be scheduled at no additional charge
